I’ve long maintained the LeBron James is the greatest physical specimen of all time. He turned 24 3 months ago, so I think we can plan on another 10 years of him dominating the world. Quickly after he retires, we can prepare for the high school careers of his children: LeBron, Jr., age 4, and Bryce Maximus, almost 2. Yes, LeBron’s offspring are going to be so magnificent that the only rational thing to do was name them after himself and Gladiator.
So, in a plug for 60 Minutes, I plan on watching this on Sunday, just so I can see this on my 50″ screen.
Unless I’m super gullible, I’m pretty sure that CBS didn’t doctor that video. So that leads me to believe that perhaps this old Gatorade commercial is actually real?
I wouldn’t put it past him to be able to do that. I can only hope that over the next 10 years, there will be at least 5 match-ups of Blazers/Cavs in the NBA Finals. With LeBron as the greatest athlete of all time, and the Blazers as the 2nd youngest team in the NBA and almost a contender in the West, it’s inevitable.

Lebron is awesome. I believe he made that shot for 60 Minutes, because I don’t think that a news source as reputable as 60 Minutes can doctor video… of course, there was that Dan Rather story a few years ago about President Bush’s record in the national guard…
JoePa-
The second video is 100% fake. However, the first video is real if you ask me. And that is awesome.
I bet you Lebron is doing something so sweet right now.
I agree, the second video is fake, but LeBron could make it real if he wanted to. That’s from 3 years ago, so at that point in his career, he’d probably only go 3/5 or 4/5 from that distance, so they needed to do some CGI to make it perfect.
Whatever LeBron is doing right now is way more sweet than anything we’re doing, combined.
I don’t know, working, working, sitting around and being in Torts class sounds waaaaayyyy cooler than anything it is possible than Lebron is doing right now.
60 Minutes is real & Powerade could most certainly be reenacted. See evidence A, B, and C below.
David Stern says a prayer every night thanking the heavens that Lebron didn’t choose football over basketball when he was forced at age 16.
I taught him that.
