ND is ready to beat another coach with a mustache. Much as they did last week in defeating Ty Willingham (the last loss before he was forced to step down) and earlier this season when they dominated Purdue. In celebration of this fact, the four of us at tgiab.com have been working on growing our [...]

Big Ol’ John Daly had to spend 24 hours recently in a Winston-Salem jail cell. For what reason? To sober up, naturally. While at a Hooters in North Carolina, John might have had 43 drinks. He passed out, but refused to be taken to the hospital. From the article: “Because Daly did not have transportation, [...]

Check out the new Subway Alumni Show (tSAS) where they visit Washington and watch Tyrone’s last game (at least last game in which he does not know he will be fired).

Winner Winner Chicken Dinner. It was not pretty, but a much needed road win. And when I say it was not pretty, I am referring to tgiab.com’s collective performance on Saturday night.

Seriously, this will go a long way in helping out our kicking game. If it works for the current #6 team in the country, it could work for us, and I have a few ways to improve it. Bear with me, because I’m not an expert with NCAA rules, but I think this could work. [...]

Check out the latest Subway Alumni Show, as Sprout and Eric prepare for their trip to the West Coast. Not quite the Friday tradition of “Who said it?” but similar nonetheless. Read this snippet from an article and tell us who the subject is. Please leave your answers in the “comments” section below. He remains a nonscholarship player, a student-athlete in the purest sense, and says he prefers it that way. “I don’t want [...]

So, I’ve been absent recently. I’d like to apologize for that. Evidently, being a student in law school doesn’t give me quite as much free time as being a student in undergrad. Who would have thought… Anyway, here are my ten thoughts for the past several weeks:

Alright, time to revive a Friday favorite, “Who Said It?” Please leave your guesses in the comment section. As always, no cheating. So, tell me, who said: “I saw a commercial for an above-ground pool. It was 30 seconds long. You know why? Because that’s the maximum amount of time you can depict yourself having [...]

Don’t forget to read about ND’s need for a black-out. There’s no real need to even mention it, as this auction captivated America. In fact, I’m sure even some of you were some of the 43 bidders like we were. TGIAB.com pooled together all of our money and made a run at it in the [...]

First of all, don’t miss our first ever guest columnist, and the latest Subway Alumni Show. Recently there has been talk of ND fans making the Irish flag in the stands during a game. This is a dumb idea. Yeah, I know that we’re the Fighting Irish, but that’s no reason to make the flag [...]

Yes, we could have and probably should have won this game by 10-14 points, but we didn’t. We lost. We made some big mistakes and we didn’t make the big stop. I felt as bad as anyone when Floyd’s play was decided to be a fumble and the outcome was determined, but I still took a lot of [...]
